Eleonora Verga is an experienced Lab Technician at IFOM, with extensive expertise in cell culture and laboratory management.
Since 2008, she has worked in BSL1 and BSL2 environments, specializing in the manipulation, differentiation, and characterization of human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) and human embryonic stem cells (hESCs).
Her technical skills include nucleic acid extraction, PCR, immunofluorescence, and STR analysis. Eleonora also has significant experience working with genetically modified animal models, with a focus on microinjection techniques, embryonic stem cell manipulation, and murine colony management.
Her proficiency in laboratory management further strengthens her ability to ensure smooth operations in the lab, contributing to the efficient delivery of high-quality research.
