Costanzo stands out as one of the 5 Italian scientists among the 100 new international members this year. With this election, he joins the 120 Italian EMBO members, which include eight other  IFOM scientists: Alberto Bardelli, Dana Branzei, Giannino Del Sal, Fabrizio d'Adda di Fagagna, Marco Foiani, Stefano Piccolo, Simona Polo, and Giorgio Scita.
